I SURVIVED BLACK FRIDAY & SATURDAY

Well I survived working the holiday and I am now feeling the circulation return to my feet.
Standing for eight hours is hard on the legs. I know now why I want to be a writer, I can be in the comfort of my own home, with my thoughts and write until my fingers are numb.
I did get a few ideas for my book watching people and should I say not at their best...it did make a few character ideas, so to all the shoppers out there...BEWARE...that little lady waiting on you at the counter may just be an author and may put you in her book...so before you check out... be sure the face you are wearing is the one you want the world to see...or read.

I stopped doing Black Friday for that very reason. I've never seen such ugly faces on people.
I agree with finding characters. Just about everywhere I go now, I see people who would make great characters. The problem is that real life people are so out there, no one would believe they could actually exist in the world. :-)

I love it. All of us writers are spying on people all the time. Beware!
